Every pair of JVS FLOW earbuds is covered against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the earbuds and charging case
- Charging or pairing failure not caused by damage or misuse
What is not covered
- Physical damage, cracks or crushing
- Water damage beyond the stated IPX rating
- Damage from unauthorised repair or non-standard chargers
- Normal battery wear and accessories such as ear tips
Raising a claim
Contact our support team with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team will guide you through inspection and replacement where applicable.
