Shipping and Returns

We ship across India with tracked delivery and a straightforward returns process.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days
Typical delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on location
Tracking details are shared by email once dispatched

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging with all accessories. Hygiene-sensitive items must be sealed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
